Points to Remember when Training for the 2008 AJC Peachtree Road Race (Intermediate Runners)
1. Train at a pace which allows for conversation.
2. Follow a hard day's effort with an easy day.
3. Do not increase your mileage quickly; you WILL get injured.
4. Easy means a light effort: slow jog, brisk walk, day off.
5. The following is a suggested schedule only
(based on minutes per day). Adapt the principles to your own lifestyle.

Below is the 2008 schedule for Intermediate Runners.
