Distance: | Field Events 5:30 p.m.- Long Jump (youth followed by adults), Shot Put (youth followed by adults), High Jump(adults followed by youth) 5:30 p.m.- Pole Vaults (5:15 p.m.- 5:30 p.m. warm up)-NOTE, this is a change as now the pole vault venue is separate from the high jump apron thus both events can now be contested at the same time. Hurdles Hurdle events begin at 5:30 p.m. Hurdlers should report to the start line by 5:15 p.m. Track Events 5:30 p.m.- Racewalk (400m for youth 8 & under and 1500m for 9 & over) 6:00 p.m.- Parent-Child or Coach-Athlete Relays 6:20 p.m.- 4x100m Relay 6:45 p.m.- 50m (youth 10 & under) 7:00 p.m.- 100m 7:30 p.m.- 400m 8:00 p.m.- 1500m* 8:30 p.m.- 3000m* *Must be 9 & over. |
