The Peachtree Health & Fitness Expo on July 2 -3 serves as the kickoff to the AJC Peachtree Road Race on the Fourth of July. The Expo hosts 100+ vendors featuring the latest in running apparel and shoes, sports nutrition products, injury prevention, health and fitness services, gear, etc. Over 40,000 runners and walkers attend the Peachtree Health & Fitness Expo, which is the number pick-up location for AJC Peachtree Road Race participants. Located in the Georgia World Congress Center, the Expo is free and open to the public.

 Show Information

  • Expo Location: Georgia World Congress Center, Hall C1 (362 Ivan Allen Jr Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30313)
  • Expo Hours: Sunday, July 2, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Monday, July 3, 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Pricing: $1,500 per 10 x 10 in-line booth; $1,700 per 10 x 10 corner booth; 5% discount for multiple booth purchases. 100% payment is required upfront to reserve a space.
  • Paper application: Print HERE if your company needs to pay by check. Please note that booths cannot be reserved until the application and full payment is received by Atlanta Track Club. 
  • Vendor load-in/set-up:  Saturday, July 1 from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. (see additional load-in details below)
  • Booth Amenities: Skirted 6 ft table, pipe and drape (8 ft back, 3 ft sides), 2 chairs, trash can and company ID sign. Carpeting and electric/internet/telephone service must be contracted through Georgia World Congress Center. Security is provided 24 hours per day.

Important Exhibitor Notes & Resources

Intellectual Property: The Atlanta Track Club, Inc., hereafter referred to as the ATC, reserves all rights to the use of its name, trademarks, logo, and copyrighted materials. No use of the name The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race, AJC Peachtree Road Race, or Peachtree and/or its logo, trademarks, or copyrights for any commercial purpose or any merchandise for sale or giveaway is authorized without the express prior written permission of the ATC. As a best practice, it is also recommended that all vendors check in with Atlanta Track Club on any product designs that refer to racing in or training for a 10k, Atlanta, 4th of July, etc

Booth Space: ALL activity must take place INSIDE your designated booth space. ALL items, whether on display or in storage must fit inside the booth at all times. (For additional storage options, see below).  All business must be conducted within your booth. Addressing attendees, carrying/posting signs, handing out flyers, etc. outside your booth is not permitted. PLEASE PLAN YOUR SPACE NEEDS/LIMITS IN ADVANCE-this will be enforced. As per GWCC policy, helium balloons are not permitted.

Merchandise/Promo Items: No items of any kind, whether merchandise offered for sale or promotional items given away free of charge, may display the AJC Peachtree Road Race logo or the words “Peachtree Road Race” or ”AJC Peachtree Road Race” without the express written permission of Atlanta Track Club.

Tents/Canopies: Pop-up tents/canopies must adhere to all policies outlined in the exhibitor manual and have a fire extinguisher visibly displayed at all times. The Fire Marshal DOES inspect and will dismantle displays not adhering to these policies. Tents/canopies may not exceed the 15-foot maximum height or extend outside the 10 x 10 footprint.

Sales Tax: Exhibitors are responsible for collecting appropriate GA sales tax; however you do not need to turn in a tax form to the World Congress Center at the end of the show. Tax form can be downloaded here.

Carpeting: The show floor is not carpeted. You can bring your own or order carpet from our show servicer, Shepard Exposition Services at 404-720-8600.

Food Sampling: Sample sizes are limited to 4 oz of beverage and 2 oz of food. Written authorization is required and must be submitted by Friday, June 17. The Sampling Authorization Form can be downloaded here.

All exhibitors sampling food/drink are HIGHLY encouraged to order porter service from Shepard; for a very nominal fee your trash will be removed regularly throughout the day. Contact Shepard Exposition Services (404-720-8600).

Security: 24-hour security is provided, but we do recommend that common sense precautions be taken when your booth is not staffed.

Drayage: All questions regarding shipping/drayage should be directed to Shepard Exposition Services (404-720-8600).

Credentials: Credential wristbands will be available for pick-up on Saturday, July 1 from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. during vendor load-in. Credentials will also be available on Sunday, July 2 and Monday, July 3 from 8 a.m. until show opening and will be located near the main entrance near security personnel. All credentials must be picked up by show opening time; we will not be distributing credentials after the doors open.  Once a credential is issued, staff members may proceed to the show floor without going through the security check at the door. Staff members who arrive after the show has opened will be required to wait in line and go through security check at the entrance.

To access the show floor outside of operating hours you must present your credential or be accompanied by someone who has one. Staff arriving during show operating hours do not need credentials as the show floor will be open to the public. There is no limit on the number of staff permitted as long as you can all fit and work within the space.

Loading In/Loading dock: Booth setup is Saturday, July 1 from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. It is preferred that all setup be completed on this date, but if you have a single booth space and can handle your setup COMPLETELY between 8 am and 9:30 am you may set up on Sunday morning July 2. Setups must be complete 30 minutes prior to show open. No dollies, carts, etc are provided by the ATC, Shepard or GWCC - please plan to bring your own. No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the show floor or loading dock during setup on Fri, July 1 or during teardown after the show closes on Sunday, July 3.

Vendors will be able to drive into the adjacent hall to briefly park and unload supplies on Saturday, July 1. Please unload promptly, remove all materials and move vehicles within 1 hour. Any vehicles left unattended on the dock are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

Parking: Vendor parking is available at GWCC in the Blue Lot, Yellow Lot or Marshalling Yard. Rates are $10 per day with printed coupon or by paying online in advance. Overnight parking is available for $30 per night at the GA World Congress Center Marshalling Yard, located at 362 Ivan Allen Jr Blvd.
