Pace Teams
Overview
The Atlanta Track Club will be providing pace teams for the 2009 Atlanta Half Marathon. Open to all Atlanta Half Marathon participants, pacers offer a great incentive for runners of all abilities to achieve a goal of a certain finish time. There is no cost to run the race with a pace team.

Become a Part of the 2009 Pace Team
If you are interested in running with one of the 2009 Pace Teams at the Atlanta Half Marathon on Thanksgiving Day, visit the pace team booth at the Atlanta Marathon and Half Marathon Health and Fitness Expo. At the expo, you'll get a chance to meet your pace team leaders as well as sign up to run with the pace team. Still have questions about the Atlanta Half Marathon Pace Team? Race Morning
On race morning, pace group leaders will be holding large signs with specific finish times. You'll want to find the pace group that you signed up to run with and stand with them in the appropriate start corral. Please note that if you are planning on running with a pace team, you must attach your pace team bib on your back. Pace team bibs will be available at the pace team booth at the Atlanta Marathon and Half Marathon Health and Fitness Expo.

The Atlanta Track Club is thrilled to announce the first ever Atlanta Half Marathon Pace Team. This unique group of experienced pacers represents the local Atlanta running community and is here to help enhance the Atlanta Half Marathon experience for ALL runners.
