Transportation MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority)   MARTA is a convenient and inexpensive way to travel to/from The AJC Peachtree Road Race. Runners are encouraged to use the Lenox station for the start and the Midtown station for the finish.    Please note- You will NOT be able to access the start line from the Buckhead MARTA station once the race starts at 6:45 a.m. due to the closing of the course.   MARTA offers many options for the local resident as well as the visitors from all over the world. Listed below are the standard fares and other special programs available. Fare is available either on a Breeze card or Breeze ticket.
