The "Be a Hero" 5K hosted by Georgia Baptist Children's Homes and Family Ministries is being held to benefit the children and families in our care. We are a Christian caring ministry of services designed to promote the spiritual, physical and the emotional well-being of children, youth and families. We have faithfully served children and families across Georgia since 1872! Our goal is to minister to each fragile heart that comes our way through our different programs. In addition to our group home residential care, we have community counseling centers, services for families facing domestic violence and/or homelessness, and care for young girls who have been victims of human trafficking.

Be a hero for our children and families and show your support by dressing up as your favorite superhero for the run!

The "Be a Hero" 5K will be held on our Palmetto Residential Campus where some of the children and families in our care live so participants can see the positive impact we are making first hand.
