The Atlanta Hawks are hosting a celebration night honoring the AJC Peachtree Road Race and the Atlanta Track Club on Friday, March 22 when they take on the Portland Trailblazers, and Atlanta Track Club members and past Peachtree participants are invited! As part of the celebration, they are offering a discounted ticket price for past Peachtree participants and Atlanta Track Club members, and for every ticket sold through the Atlanta Track Club, $2 will be donated to the Kilometer Kids youth running program on behalf of the Atlanta Hawks.
The Atlanta Track Club is looking forward to seeing members and event participants at the Atlanta Hawks game that night and those that do attend are encouraged to wear your favorite AJC Peachtree Road Race T-shirt to the game. During the course of the game, the Atlanta Hawks will also be displaying a collage of any and all AJC Peachtree Road Race pictures, so submit Peachtree photos to the Hawks before March 18, 2013 so they can be included.
