Women on the Move
Women on the Move is a women-only 9- week 5K training program in the winter and spring that prepares participants for the Atlanta Women’s 5K. The program begins the week of January 20, 2014.
In-Training for Peachtree
In-Training for Peachtree is an 11-week program in the spring and summer that prepares participants for the AJC Peachtree Road Race on July 4. The program begins on Saturday, April 27, 2013.
Atlanta Half Marathon Training Program
The Atlanta Half Marathon Training Program is a 14-week program takes place in the summer and fall that prepares participants for the Atlanta Half Marathon on Thanksgiving Day. The program begins on Saturday, August 24, 2013.
The Atlanta Marathon Training Program is a 17-week program beginning on Saturday, July 6 that prepares participants for the Atlanta Marathon on October 27, 2013.
The Fit for Fall 5K Training Program is an 11-week training program in the fall that prepares participants for their fall 5K event. The program takes place on Tuesday nights at 6:30 p.m. at West Stride beginning on Tuesday, September 10. Register here.
