Elite Race Information
Atlanta Track Club offers a comprehensive schedule of events for both elite and developmental athletes on the roads and on the track. Most events include travel and lodging support for elite entries and nearly $200,000 in total prize money and bonuses for top placers and eligible athletes.
All athletes or World Athletics registered Athlete Representatives with athletes interested in participating in Atlanta Track Club's elite events with professional fields and prize money including the AJC Peachtree Road Race should contact elites@atlantatrackclub.org with the following information:

Please include any particular connection you have to Atlanta or previous Atlanta Track Club events and whether you are requesting travel and lodging support. Incomplete submissions or submissions from unregistered representatives may not be considered.
Please note, all Atlanta Track Club elite races are subject to comprehensive drug testing.
Masters and Open athletes looking for complimentary entry into non-elite events (ex. Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon) should refer to our comped entry standards found here to determine eligibility before contacting elites@atlantatrackclub.org. Prize money for events without formal, elite fields or invited athletes can be found at the bottom of this page.
Information on the 2026 USATF Half Marathon Championships held in conjunction with the Publix Atlanta Half Marathon on 01 March, 2026 can be found below and athletes interested in competing can begin the registration process by completing the following 2026 USATF 1/2 Marathon Championships Intake Form. Please note, as this is a national championship, only qualified American athletes may participate.
World Athletics Label
All Atlanta Track Club elite races are World Athletics Label events. The World Athletics Label signifies the highest levels of competition worldwide. Race organizers must abide by World Athletics rules and guidelines, achieve the highest level of course certification, include the world's best athlete competitors, and participate in the Athletics for a Better World program, among other requirements. Athletes have the opportunity to earn World Athletics ranking points and the chance to win some of the largest prize purses in the sport.
Through choosing to have a World Athletics Label, race organizers also show a tangible commitment to clean sport by funding a dedicated road racing out-of-competition testing program, managed by the Athletics Integrity Unit.
USATF 1/2 Marathon Championships Hosted by the Atlanta Track Club

The Atlanta Track Club is excited to once again welcome the country's best distance runners to Running City, USA for the 2026 USATF Half Marathon Championships. The top three finishers will each be selected to represent Team USA at the 2026 World Athletics Road Running Championships.
- Race information can be found here and qualified athletes may express their interest in competing by completing the following registration 2026 USATF 1/2 Marathon Championships Intake Form.
- Shared lodging will be provided for the top 40 male and female qualified entries at the Signia by Hilton
- All USATF members are eligible to participate, but only qualified athletes are guaranteed entry due to field size limitations
- $110,000 total prize purse
- $2,500 race winner's bonus for the fastest half marathon on Georgia soil (male: Nicholas Kosimbei - 1:00:36 and female: Taylor Roe - 1:07:22)
- The event will serve as the selection race for the 2026 World Athletics Road Running Championships in Budapest, Hungary as the top three finishers will represent Team USA
- Qualifying window is 8/31/24 - 1/31/26 and standards are posted below

Two nights shared hotel accommodations will be provided to the top 40 men and top 40 women and complimentary registration will be provided to the top 20 men and top 20 women. This list is finalized and rooms and entries will be distributed on 1/31/2026. Entries will still be accepted after 1/31/2026 but hotel rooms and complimentary entry cannot be guaranteed. Competitors that have run the following during the qualifying window are guaranteed free accommodations and complimentary registration provided they within the top 20 qualified entrants:

Non-Elite Events With Prize Money and the Grand Prix
Atlanta Track Club offers a comprehensive schedule of competitive events with prize money for Atlanta Track Club members that do not have invited elite fields. The events are listed below in addition to the overall Grand Prix Series prize money for the divisions recognized by World Athletics and USA Track and Field. Only Atlanta Track Club members are eligible for these awards.
