2025 Registration Now Open

About Atlanta Track Club Cross Country Youth Team
Atlanta Track Club Cross Country Youth Team is open to kids in grades 4-8 of all ability and experience levels. Our Cross Country Youth Team members develop the endurance, strength, and speed needed to succeed in cross country and most other sports. Learning how to run with proper form, stretch correctly, set goals, and overcome the physical and mental hills and valleys of running are a few of the healthy habits that will support team members physically and mentally throughout life.

High school athletes in grades 9-12 who are home-schooled or lack access to a local high school program are also welcome to join the youth team for the full season. High school athletes who compete for their local high school are eligible to join the team only for the postseason, after their high school seasons have ended. High school athletes will compete outside of high school associations in club and open competitions.

Fall Training Option - Off-Season Prep for Track Athletes

For athletes who prefer not to race in long-distance cross country meets but still want structured training to stay fit and prepare for the next season, we are offering Fall Training. This option focuses on sprint mechanics, general strength, speed endurance, and conditioning. This program is designed to keep non-distance runners engaged, conditioned, and ready to enter the winter season with a strong foundation. For further information about Fall Training and registration details contact Coach Mike Brown: mbrown@atlantatrackclub.org.

Ali Heintz

Assistant Cross Country/Track Coach

Renisha grew up in the sunny city of San Jose, California, where she discovered her passion for running at the young age of six, thanks to her father, who is an avid runner and was a track and field/cross-country coach. Her success in track and field was also due to the significant role played by her mother, who provided unconditional support, guidance, and meal preparation. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University, Sacramento, and later completed her MBA at the University of Central Florida. Before joining Atlanta Track Club, Renisha has worked primarily in the non-profit sector to help drive and bridge the gap between under-resourced communities and access to resources for others to be the best version of themselves and become self-sufficient.

Robinson earned three-time All-American as a collegiate middle distance runner and has achieved remarkable success in track and field/cross-country for the past 20+ years. In her free time, Renisha enjoys cooking, traveling, finding new eateries in Atlanta and spending quality time with her loved ones.
