Director - Events
Reporting to the CEO and a member of the Club's Leadership
Team, the Director - Events ensures the goals and outcomes of the events
department align with the mission of the organization and is responsible for
the safe and successful execution of all events in the Club's portfolio. This position leads all of the Club's
operational and administrative functions related to events including but not
limited to; registration oversight, timing, volunteer recruitment and
coordination and overall event management.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading the planning and
operations of large events and believes that running and walking can be used to
positively impact health and wellness outcomes.
This person must be a leader of
people and embrace working on weekends, evenings and holidays to deliver
best-in-class event experience to participants, volunteers, sponsors and
spectators.

Manager - Events
Reporting to Director - Events, this position requires strong organization and project management skills. This dynamic and collaborative role requires extensive cross-department communication to ensure all events are planned and executed at the highest level. The candidate must be detail-oriented, possess strong time management skills, and understand the value of running and fitness to the health and wellness of a community. Success in this critical position will require building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders built, the ability to work under tight deadlines, strong leadership skills with and flexibility to adapt and respond to unexpected changes. The person who accepts this role has extensive experience in the running, sports and/or events industry. Additionally, this person must be willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Coordinator - Volunteer Services
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Volunteers & Event Experience, this position will be responsible for executing assigned responsibilities for all Atlanta Track events. The Volunteer Coordinator should have experience in group management, volunteerism, and preferably, but not required, the running industry.
