Reporting to Senior Manager - Events, this position requires strong organization and project management skills. This dynamic and collaborative role requires extensive cross-department communication to ensure all events are planned and executed at the highest level. The candidate must be detail-oriented, possess strong time management skills, and understand the value of running and fitness to the health and wellness of a community. Success in this critical position will require building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders built, the ability to work under tight deadlines, strong leadership skills with and flexibility to adapt and respond to unexpected changes. The person who accepts this role has extensive experience in the running, sports and/or events industry. Additionally, this person must be willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Manager - Digital Marketing
Reporting to the Director - Marketing and Communications, the Manager - Digital Marketing is responsible for driving registrations and engagement for Atlanta Track Club events, programs and merchandise. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to learn and utilize varying marketing tools. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong time management skills, adaptability and the ability to respond to changing needs. This role's primary goal is to drive measurable growth in registrations through strategic and well-executed marketing efforts. The ideal candidate brings a sales-minded approach, creativity, and an understanding of Atlanta Track Club's mission and values. Experience in the running, sports and/or events industry is preferred. This position requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Coordinator - Volunteer Services
This full-time position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Volunteers & Event Experience and will be responsible for executing assigned responsibilities for all Atlanta Track events. The Volunteer Manager should have experience in group management, volunteerism, and preferably, but not required, the running industry. Additionally, this individual must be willing to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
