Atlanta Track Club is a member-based organization centered around running that delivers world-class events, training programs and community outreach activities to the Metro Atlanta Area. We encourage both youth and adults to start and continue running regardless of ability or fitness level, and provide outlets for all athletes to continue to grow and compete. Our staff and volunteers create camaraderie and encourage participation and competition through a calendar of diverse and exciting events. We collaborate with our partners to promote and extend the benefits of running and walking to the greater community. In addition to the AJC Peachtree Road Race - the largest 10K running event in the world, the Publix Atlanta Marathon, PNC Atlanta 10 Miler and Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon, Atlanta Track Club directs more than 30 events per year. Atlanta Track Club also maintains a number of community initiatives including organizing and promoting the Kilometer Kids youth running program to metro Atlanta youth, honoring high school cross country and track and field athletes through Atlanta Track Club's All-Metro Banquets.

Are you ready to take your graphic design career to the next level? At Atlanta Track Club, we're looking for a Design Coordinator to create and help manage the visual identity for some of the Southeast's most iconic running events. From start and finish structures to branded merchandise, you'll see your work proudly displayed on the medals, shirts and materials that inspire tens of thousands of participants each year.

Student Opportunities

Are you passionate about event management and looking for an exciting summer internship opportunity? Join us for an internship from mid-May to late July and be a part of the planning and execution team for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race. As an intern, you will play a pivotal role in organizing one of Atlanta's most iconic and celebrated events. You'll gain hands-on experience in event logistics, marketing, volunteer coordination and participant engagement. Summer Internship - Marketing
Reporting to Director - Marketing and Communications, this position will assist in driving the strategic execution of marketing initiatives for events and programs. Your focus will be on supporting brand growth and awareness through the development and management of social media campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and event promotion.

Summer Internship - Events

Reporting to Director - Events, this position will assist in the planning and execution of events including but not limited to the All Comers Track & Field series, Braves Country 5K and Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race. This position will help drive operational and logistical plans leading up to, on and after event days.

Summer Internship - Development

Reporting to Vice President - Sponsorship and Strategic Partnerships, this position will assist in planning and execution of sponsorship activations surrounding the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race, Microsoft Peachtree Junior, and other events during the duration of the internship.
