When will my membership renew?
Memberships are calendar year, your membership will renew at the end of the year for 2026 unless you turn your auto-renew off. Renewal charges begin on December 31, 2025 for 2026 membership.
Where is my member gift?
Member gifts are sent out 4-6 weeks after joining. The 2025 member gift was a hat. All members on the membership will receive a hat. Please make sure your address is updated to receive your member gift. To make sure all members on your dual or family membership, make sure they are added to your account.
Members that joined at the prorated price on September 1st and beyond will not receive a member gift.
How do I add secondary members?
