Course Information

Course time limit:

  • 4 Miles: 1 hour and 40 minutes (25 minute per mile pace)

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, no pets or wheeled conveyances of any kind, including roller/inline skates, and bicycles are permitted on the course. Participants with strollers must begin with the stroller wave. Headphones are strongly discouraged.
