Course Information

Course time limit:

  • 4 Miles: 1 hour and 40 minutes (25 minute per mile pace)

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, no pets or wheeled conveyances of any kind, including roller/inline skates, and bicycles are permitted on the course. Participants with strollers must begin with the stroller wave. Headphones are strongly discouraged.

Early Number Pickup is located in tents in front of the main entrance of Lenox Square and Cheesecake Factory. Participants are asked to bring their check-in pass to expedite the number pickup process.

Race Day Registration

  • Online Registration will close on Friday, May 8th at 9:00 PM
  • There will be on site registration if there are spots available

Cost on Race Day:

  • $70

T-shirt sizing and availability cannot be guaranteed for those registering on race day.

Awards

Overall and Masters awards are based on gun time, and overall winners and those who earn prize money are not eligible for age group awards. Age group awards are based on net time.

4 Miler Awards & Prize Money:

  • Overall Female*
    Prize Money: 1st - $500, 2nd - $250, 3rd - $125
  • Masters Female
    Award Only - 1st Place

Prize money winners must be an Atlanta Track Club members in order to receive prize money. Physical Awards will be given on site, prize money will be distributed within two weeks.

Age group awards will be available on site for the top three finishers in each age division:

  • 9-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, and 90+ (excluding the overall winners)

Parking

Free parking will be available at Lenox Square.

MarathonFoto

All participants today will receive free race day photos through MarathonFoto! So make sure to smile big when you see the cameras on the course and at the finish line.

Timing & Results

Unofficial results are immediately available online via the Atlanta Track Club Race Day App and on the event webpage during the event. Results are made official approximately two weeks after the event, after all inquiries have been processed.

Your timing device for this event is a MYLAPS ThinTag. The device is adhered to the back of your race number. DO NOT REMOVE OR BEND. Wearing your race number improperly could result in improper scoring and possible disqualification. In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm your race number is:

  • Clearly visible on the front of the torso
  • Unaltered and unmodified (Do not fold or wrinkle)
  • Pinned in all four corners
  • Not covered (jackets, fuel belts, etc.)

Atlanta Track Club is a member organization of both the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) & USA Track & Field (USATF) and adheres to the guidelines and rules of competition in the events Atlanta Track Club conducts & provides.

Stroller Wave

Atlanta Track Club wants every member of the family to feel welcome at the Northside Hospital Atlanta Women's 4 Miler including those family members in strollers/baby joggers. Participants pushing strollers/baby joggers will start their race in a dedicated wave for strollers. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we ask all participants pushing a young one in a stroller/baby jogger adhere to rules and regulations. Dogs are not permitted at the Northside Hospital Atlanta Women's 4 Miler.
