Southside BeltLine 8K presented by Resurgens Orthopaedics

Celebrate community and movement with the Atlanta Beltline and Atlanta Track Club through a race series on Atlanta's favorite running and walking destination. Join us for the first annual Southside Beltline race in 2026, and explore the newest section of the Beltline! Test your speed in the competitive 8K (ages 9 & older) or stick to the non-competitive* 3K (ages 7 & older) where strollers and dogs are welcome.
*Overall and age group awards will be given out for the 8K only. No awards will be given for the 3K, but results will still be taken.

COURSE INFORMATION
Course Time Limit:
- 8K: 1 hour and 30 minutes (18 minute per mile pace)
- 3K: 50 minutes (25 minute per mile pace)
For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, no pets, or wheeled conveyances of any kind, including baby joggers/strollers, roller/inline skates, and bicycles, are permitted on the 8K course. Dogs and baby joggers/strollers will start in their own wave and are ONLY permitted on the non-competitive 3K course. For complete rules and regulations for dogs/stroller events, please click here. Race Day Registration
Race Day Registration will be open on race morning if spots are available.
Deadline to register - online through 11:59 p.m., July 31, 2026 OR until sold out.
Timing & Results
Both the competitive 8K distance and non-competitive 3K distance will be timed. Unofficial results are immediately available online via the Atlanta Track Club Race Day App. Results are made official approximately two weeks after the event, after all inquiries have been processed.
Your timing device for this event is the MYLAPS ThinTag placed on the back of your bib. In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm your bib is:
- Clearly visible on the front of the torso
- Unaltered and unmodified (Do not fold or wrinkle)
- Pinned in all four corners
- Not covered (jackets, fuel belts, etc.)
