As a strategic and collaborative leader, Dr. Wright-Burke has had over 19 years of impactful accomplishments in the technology and financial services industries. Currently, as a Director of Talent Solutions, she leads the thought leadership, strategy and execution of talent planning, succession, and movement globally at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), LLC. Dr. Wright- Burke earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Master's in Education - Human Resources Organizational Development (HROD) and Doctorate in Adult Education-HROD from the University of Georgia. Dr. Wright-Burke started running cross country in high school and returned to the sport as an adult while finishing her last degree. She has a deep passion for providing support and encouragement for those starting or restarting a fitness journey through yoga, walking, or running. Dr. Wright-Burke is a Road Runners of America Certified Run Coach and 500 YTT yoga instructor. She is a dedicated volunteer in the Atlanta community through the Atlanta chapters the Society of Human Resources, National Black MBA Association, serving as a Pacer for 2016 Publix Half Marathon, Run Lead for In-Training-for-Peachtree, a 2019 Atlanta Track Club Ambassador and club races throughout the year. Dr. Wright-Burke has completed 6 marathons, 10 half marathons, and a host of shorter distance races. She and her husband, Jenero, reside in Sandy Springs.
