Elevate Health and Scholarship 5k
| Whether you are a competitive runner trying to beat your personal record, or you're just looking to get a wellness check this is the event for you. Your friends, and your entire family (no matter what age) to participate in together, no matter your fitness level. Grab your favorite pair of sneakers and join us for health awareness, fitness and valuable information about COVID-19 in our community. This is an opportunity for you to gather great advice from our very own resident experts, Dr. Adrian C. Douglass Dr. Eric High, and other community health professionals. Registered Runners who complete the race will receive a commemorative medal. Special Recognition for the Following Runners Overall Winner (Male & Female); Peer Awards 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each age division = Dreamers (18 and under) Age Groups 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 and up All proceeds be donated to The LDAC Foundation to support our community mentorship, scholarship, and leadership development programs in Gwinnett County. The LDAC Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization COURSE: This 5k course, beginning and ending at Alexander Park Lawrenceville GA, is a USATF certified route (GA20038WC). This is also a professional timed event. |
