Emily Little

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Emily has always loved all sports, but discovered her passion for running in the 5th grade. After graduating from the Marist School, she competed NCAA DI Cross Country and Track at Furman University, where she won the 2022 SoCon 10K Championship and graduated with a Business Administration degree. She then competed XC and Track a fifth year at Southern Methodist University, earning a Master of Science in Sport Management and making history as the first All-ACC performer in SMU athletics.

Emily has explored nearly every aspect of the sport, gaining experience with the Hansons-Brooks Olympic Development Team, TrackTown USA, and most recently HAWI Management. She is passionate about helping elite athletes reach the pinnacle of their careers, while also sharing the joy of running with athletes of all levels.

Emily's running goal is the qualify for the 2028 Olympic Marathon Trials. Outside of running, Emily enjoys hiking, biking and spending time outdoors, playing tennis, and creating sculptures., most recently,
