Train for the Invesco QQQ Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon with this 16-week program which takes place in the summer/fall leading up to the race on November 28, 2019. The program is intended for all levels of runners and walkers with a goal of completing a half marathon within the 3.5 hour course limit (16:00 minute per mile pace).

POLICIES

  • Refund Policy - Training registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.Training program refunds considered for medical reasons only. Refund requests must be submitted with a physician's letter prior to end of registration. $25.00 processing fee will be retained.
  • Course Limit - The program is intended for all levels of runners and walkers with a goal of completing a half marathon within the 3.5 hour course limit (16:00 minute per mile pace). Course limit paces for the affiliated goal event will be applied to training program sessions. To ensure participants are prepared for their half marathon, all registrants must be able to complete 7 miles at a maximum 16:00 min./mile by the time of the first group run on August 24.
  • Training programs are geared toward adult participants 18 and older. However, participants as young as 16 may participate as long as they are accompanied by a parent and the parent has signed a release acknowledging the risks involved. Both the parent and child would need to be registered for the program.
