Crazy Memory: I usually register for the next year's race a day or two after the current race. That way I know I'm in and I get the best price! One year I completely forgot and had to register at the expo! I'm just glad I remember in time to get in the race.

Unpredictable: It's funny to me how unpredictable the weather is that time of year. We have run in sun, wind, rain, hot and cold! I never know what I'll be wearing on race day until the week before!
