The "Run 4A Reason 5K," sponsored by Ordner Construction, will benefit four Gwinnett County organizations, Family Promise, Rainbow Village, and Gwinnett County Fire & Police. Family Promise utilizes an innovative and flexible service model that allows women and families experiencing homelessness to receive supportive services. Since its inception, Family Promise of Gwinnett County has helped over 3,000 individuals move from homelessness to housing in 90 days. Rainbow Village is a transformative program that serves families experiencing homelessness, providing safe housing and supportive services that allow families to begin their journey toward permanent housing. Ordner Construction's "Run 4A Reason 5K" has raised an incredible $322,200 since the race's inception and $56,000 in 2022 alone. All participants will receive a race swag bag, a free premium 5K t-shirt, free water, and snacks. Bring the family to enjoy great music, food trucks, and fun family activities such as giant yard games, cornhole, a bounce house, temporary tattoos, and Gwinnett County Police & Fire demonstrations. Family pets are welcome to participate in the race.
