Run, Walk, and Make a Difference! Join the Atlanta Community Food Bank at the 41st Annual Hunger Walk Run!

Join the Atlanta Community Food Bank for the 41st Annual Hunger Walk Run, a hybrid event to raise awareness and funds in the fight against hunger in metro Atlanta and North Georgia. Participate in-person or virtually! The 5K event will take place at The Home Depot Backyard from 12-4pm, and is open to all ages and abilities. Walkers and runners can join individually, as a family, group, or team. The event will feature live music, food vendors, warm-ups, and more - rain or shine! Why Your Participation Matters! Today, hunger is hiding in plain sight, with demand reaching levels greater than during the pandemic. Demand for food assistance has grown 60% over the last two years. The Food Bank is currently serving approximately 240,000 households a month, representing more than 11% of the population. With your help, we can ensure these families have access to the food and support they need to thrive. Together, we can turn hope into action and make a real difference. The rates for online registration are $30 for walkers, $40 for runners, $25 for virtual participants who pick up their shirts, and $32 for virtual participants who wish to have their shirts mailed to them. Walk-up registration will also be available at a higher rate. Participants may stay up-to-date on the events by downloading the Hunger Walk Run app. The app is free and may be used on iPhone and Android devices.
