Join Atlanta Track Club and members of its youth running program, Kilometer Kids, for a VIRTUAL mile & dash in Atlanta on Wednesday, April 14. The mile & dash are a fun way to get kids active and fit. This FREE event is open to children ages 6 -14 for the mile and 6 and under for the dash. Registration for this event will be available online through 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13. This is the second of three spring midweek mile & dash events (March 31, April 14, May 19). Challenge yourself throughout the spring to improve your performances with each event!
Mile participants will run one whole mile. The distance we suggest for Dash participants is a 50 meter dash, and 50 meters is 164 feet. If you are looking for a good place to run/walk, we have made some suggestions for you below.
Registration for this event includes a printable bib and finisher's certificate! Complete the mile or dash anytime between Tuesday, April 13 at 5:00 a.m. and Thursday, April 15 at 11:59 p.m. Results must be submitted by Friday, April 16 at 12:00 p.m. to appear in the official results.
