Whether you're a seasoned runner or just getting started, this 5K is designed for everyone. The flat, scenic course will take you through the park's lush greenery and trails, providing the perfect backdrop to push your limits and achieve your goals. Why We Run MOB Mentality is more than a mantra - it's a way of life. The Metro Mile Mafia, a welcoming and inclusive running club for all levels, shapes, and sizes, proudly hosts this 5K.
