| Join us for the Sandy Springs Health and Wellness Expo, Presented by Crunch Fitness. This one-day event will connect you with an array of health and wellness professionals showcasing incredible products and services. You will also be encouraged to participate in yoga and fitness activities, workshops, & classes aimed at helping you achieve an outstanding balance for your health and wellness. Fitness Enthusiasts will also get to meet and interact with some of the biggest fitness icons in the world. This event is FREE and open to the public! ***Classes and physical treatment may incur additional charges Join the race in-person or virtually! The Sandy Springs Wellness Expo will feature a 5k and 10k race (or walk) with a unique twist. All ages in good health are welcome to participate.
