Vampire Run
| This 5k run/walk event was created in 2020 and continues in loving memory of my mom and dad, who are no longer with us due to cancer. All net proceeds go directly to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We are a USATF certified 5k! Welcome to the Vampire Run 2023 - Season 4 Year of the Witch In-Person - Saturday, October 28 Virtual - October 1 thru October 31 You can help us take a bite out of blood cancers by taking part in our annual fun run. If you can crawl, walk, or run you will be helping us raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by participating in our event. Is there a better place to have a Vampire Run than in Mystic Falls, VA - the fictional town that is home to The Vampire Diaries The Originals, and Legacies? It's filmed in our home town of Covington Georgia. The run will be live (or dead :-)) in Covington and we will host a VIRTUAL version as well so you can participate from anywhere at any time. The live event will go through and by many of the famous filming locations from the popular TV series. Whether you participate live or virtually, you will receive a bib, medal, and finisher shirt!
