Atlanta Track Club is proud to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of student-athletes and their coaches at our end-of-season Powerade All-Metro High School Cross Country Awards Banquet. Each of the All-Metro athletes will be recognized for their extraordinary seasons and select All-Metro honorees will receive a scholarship from Atlanta Track Club.
Atlanta Track Club selects 42 student athletes, 21 boys and 21 girls, to receive All-Metro High School Cross Country Team honors. The 42 All-Metro athletes are selected based on criteria including performance at the state meet, major meet wins and a complete season overview. These student athletes will be placed on first, second or third teams, which will be announced at the banquet, along with the Most Outstanding Cross Country Athlete awards. Two coaches will also receive awards for outstanding dedication.
New this year, Atlanta Track Club will be celebrating the top moments of the 2019 All-Metro cross country season. Vote on the top 10 moments submitted by the community. Up to 5 finalists will be invited to the banquet and the winner of "Moment of the Year" will receive a commemorative award.
We look forward to seeing athletes, family members, coaches and friends at the Stave Room on December 3 to celebrate the successes of this year's Powerade All-Metro Cross Country Team.

Coach's Dedication Awards
Atlanta Track Club awards the Jerry Frasier and Paul Koshewa Awards for outstanding coach's dedication to the sport of cross country in the State of Georgia. Named for two Georgia cross country coaches, Jerry Frasier of North Fulton High School and Paul Koshewa of the Westminster Schools, these awards are given to coaches who have a long history of involvement to the sport, their community and its athletes. From the nominations, a committee will select one boys and one girls coach to be honored. These awards are also open to coaches outside of metro Atlanta. Honorees will be invited to attend the Powerade All-Metro Cross Country Banquet.
Each year at the All-Metro Track & Field Banquet in June, Atlanta Track Club and Atlanta Track Club Foundation announces its largest scholarships, the Patty Foell and Hawthorne Wesley Scholarships for seniors who wish to continue to pursue running at the next level in college. This is a statewide scholarship that weighs not only athletic excellence but also academic achievement and community engagement.
