Katie Lail

Katie is a Midwestern transplant and has lived in Atlanta since the mid-90s. A former swimmer, she describes herself as an adult-onset runner who does so primarily for the mental health benefits (she has three boys and a man-child at home…!). Katie considers it a great privilege to serve the running community. She especially loves being out there on race mornings and hearing about runners' "firsts" - whether it is a first ever race, a new distance or a PR!
