Midwest Food Bank Georgia Miles for Midwest 5K

Join us the morning of Saturday, May 09th for the sixth annual, family-friendly Miles for Midwest 5K Run and MOVE for MEALS to help us in the fight against food insecurity. The 5K course will begin at the Midwest Food Bank Georgia facility and take runners and walkers on a scenic journey along the Peachtree City cart paths. This 5K is a certified course, electronically timed, and even a Peachtree Road Race Qualifier! Race registration is $40 until March 31, 2026, and will then increase to $45. ($5 discount will be taken off of registrations for those who are under 18 at checkout). In-person registration available the morning of the run at $50 for adults and $45 for children under 18. All proceeds from the race go directly toward Midwest Food Bank Georgia's mission to alleviate hunger and malnutrition. Every $1.00 raised allows will provide $30.00 worth of quality rescued food to be shared our local community! Midwest Food Bank Georgia partners with over 250 nonprofits throughout the state of Georgia…..140 nonprofits right in metro-Atlanta…. providing over $12K in value of food monthly at zero cost to each nonprofit partner. Your participation will support families in your own neighborhoods and community. This is a family friendly event *Please, no strollers, wheelchairs, bikes, or dogs will be allowed on the run due to liability issues. **T-shirts can only be guaranteed to runners who register by March 31st, 2026.
