2013 Women on the Move Training Series

Looking to run your first 5K or improve your time? Join the Women on the Move Training Series! The 8-week training program prepares novice and intermediate runners for the Atlanta Women's 5K on Saturday, March 23. This women-only training series is a great way to reach your 5K goal with the support of coaches and other women.





Features of the program include:

  • Entry into the 2013 Atlanta Women's 5K
  • Weekly group runs
  • Two training seminars held after the weekly group run
  • Long-sleeve performance Women on the Move Training Series shirt
  • Weekly educational email updates
