We are bringing The Peachtree Health & Fitness Expo presented by Publix to Lenox Square!

Volunteer Parking
Free parking for volunteers is located in the Macy's Surface Lot. Drive into the Macy's East parking deck and take the access to the lot on level 2

Expo Set-Up Days
Free parking for volunteers is located at the Macy's surface lot. Drive into the Macy's East parking deck and take the access to the lot on level 2. Volunteers will not need a parking pass.

Meeting location: You will meet Rachel Schrensky in the Macy's parking lot. She will have all of your volunteer goodies and assigned tasks for the day.
Expo Volunteer Check-In

- The check-in plaza will be in the bottom left of the Macy's Parking Lot in Lenox Square. There will be a clearly marked " Volunteer Check-In" sign.
- Volunteer check-in will open at 7:30 AM on July 2nd and 6:30 AM on July 3rd.
Each volunteer will receive:
- Commemorative Adidas T-shirt
- Cheer Items
- Discounts on the Atlanta Track Club merchandise website
- Snacks & Water
- Home Depot Apron
- A chance to enter the PRR Sign Contest

- Volunteer Check-in opens at 7:15 am. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled shift arrival time.

No backpacks, coolers or bags of any kind are allowed at the start, on course or in the finish area. Anyone at the start with a bag will be asked to surrender it and its contents. All bags in the finish area will be subject to search and emptied into a clear plastic bag which we will provide. We ask that you leave bags and other extra items at home to ensure safety and security and expedite movement throughout the day.

- Please arrive early for your shift to avoid road closures and competition with participant traffic. You MUST arrive before 4:30 am. Enter Phipps Plaza on Long Leaf Drive from Phipps Blvd.
- Again, ALL START VOLUNTEERS MUST BE PARKED AT PHIPPS PARKING BY 4:30 AM. The access road will be closed at 4:30 AM.

Start Area Pre-Race Set Up - July 3
Address: Lenox Mall - 3393 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326
Parking:
Free parking is located at Lenox Square Mall - back left corner of parking lot in front of Macy's on the Peachtree St entrance side. No parking pass needed.
Meeting Location:
Please meet Enrique Tomas & Eric Nelson at the visible white tent located in the back left parking lot in front of Macy's on the Peachtree St entrance side to receive your volunteer items and instructions for the day.
Please come ready for fun in the sun by dressing appropriately for the weather. Sunscreen will be provided.

- ALL START VOLUNTEERS MUST BE PARKED AT PHIPPS PARKING BY 4:30 AM. The access road will be closed at 4:30 AM.
- Volunteer Check-in opens at 3:45 AM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled shift arrival time.

Volunteer Check-In varies depending on your assigned area. Your crew chief should have touched base with you on your parking and meeting location. You will go directly to your crew chief to check in and receive pertinent information and items for the day.

Finish Area Pre- Race - Set-Up - June 30 - July 2
Parking:
Finish Area Set-Up: Volunteer parking is located at (TBA). Please CLICK HERE to print and view parking instructions.
Meeting Location:
Please meet (TBA) at the white trailer seen from the Charles Allen entrance of Piedmont Park to receive your volunteer items and instructions for the day.
Please come ready for fun in the sun by dressing appropriately for the weather. Sunscreen will be provided.

From Midtown Station, take a left on Peachtree Place NE, Right on Juniper, left on 8th St NE ( 20 min straight walk), take a left at Monroe, Park Tavern is located on the corner of 10th and Monroe.
Drop Off Location: Volunteers can be dropped off at the corner of 10th & Monroe at Park Tavern, and all volunteers must enter from the street level of Park Tavern to check in at the Piedmont Room on the second floor.

Peachtree Sign Contest
July 4th Volunteers can win a $50 adidas gift card!
Cheer parties, volunteers, and spectators can enter the "Best Course Sign Competition " by creating the most festive and/or fun encouraging signs for participants and submitting a photo via Instagram or Facebook using (TBA). We will repost the photos of your signs on our social media after race day, and the public will vote on their favorite! The top 5 Winners will receive a $50 adidas gift card. Be sure to follow us on Instagram at @atlantatrackclub, and like our Facebook pages at Atlanta Track Club and Northisde Hospital Peachtree Road Race to see the top sign submissions.
To be considered for the sign contest, sign entries must be:
Appropriate for all audiences and family-friendly
Posted on social media by the person entering the contest within 24 hours of the event
Posted on a public account with the designated hashtag (TBA) in order to be seen
