Expo Set-Up Days
Parking Location:
One Phipps Plaza, 3550 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326. Please park on the P2, lowest level and take the stairs or elevator to the ground floor to the food court.

Please make your way to volunteer check-in located in the food court of One Phipps Plaza, and Expo Manager, Rachel Schrensky will come guide you to your volunteer locations for the day.

Bag Policy
No backpacks, coolers, or bags of any kind are allowed at the start, on course, or in the finish area. Anyone at the start with a bag will be asked to surrender it and its contents. All bags in the finish area will be subject to search and emptied into a clear plastic bag, which we will provide. We ask that you leave bags and other extra items at home to ensure safety and security and expedite movement throughout the day.

COURSE HYDRATION & COURSE MARSHAL VOLUNTEERS
Course volunteers can enter the "Best Sign Competition " by creating the most festive and/or fun encouraging signs for participants and submitting a photo via Instagram or Facebook using #PolarOppositePeachtreeSigns We will repost the photos of your signs on our social media after race day, and the public will vote on their favorite!
The top 3 Winners will receive a $100 gift card. Be sure to follow us on Instagram at @atlantatrackclub, and like our Facebook pages at Atlanta Track Club and Polar Opposite Peachtree to see the top sign submissions.
To be considered for the sign contest, sign entries must be:
- Appropriate for all audiences and family-friendly, including no innuendos.
- Posted on social media by the person entering the contest within 24 hours of the event
- Posted on a public account with the designated #PolarOppositePeachtreeSigns in order to be seen

*All parking and meeting locations have not yet been determined, but your crew chief will contact you with up-to-date information as soon as possible.
Volunteer Check-In
Volunteer check-in varies on your assigned area on the course. You will go directly to your crew chief to check in and receive pertinent information and items for the day. Your crew chief should have touched base with you on your parking and meeting location. If you have yet to receive parking and meeting information from your crew chief, please email [email protected].
